This group is for those who feel called to take some time out and reconnect more deeply with themselves.

We gather together in a ceremonial space, creating a shared environment of rhythm, voice, and breath. Sessions may include singing, drumming, and gentle practices that support energetic opening through breath and awareness, including work with the chakras.

Participants have access to a wide range of drums made from horse, goat, buffalo, cow, stag, and Finnish reindeer, as well as rattles and a Native American flute. Each instrument carries its own voice and quality. The drum, the rattle, and the flute are traditionally used to support connection with the three shamanic worlds: the upper world, the middle world, and the lower world.

Practices are drawn from both the Inca and Toltec traditions, while remaining open and inclusive. You are warmly invited to bring songs, sounds, or techniques from your own traditions if you feel moved to do so.

The circle is held as a shared experience rather than a performance. There is no requirement for prior experience, only a willingness to listen, participate, and be present.

All practical details, including dates, locations, and how to attend, are shared via the Meetup group page here.
